Dutch/French Customer Manager

- La Zenia, Comunitat Valenciana
We are looking for a manager fluent in Dutch and French , who will join our legal team in the La Zenia office to support document management, communication with international clients and coordination of administrative and legal processes.
- Management and translation of contracts, powers of attorney and other documents (ES/NL/FR)
- Customer service and follow-up for Dutch and French speaking clients
- Coordination with notaries, registries and public administrations
- Updating internal files and databases
- Support in drafting emails, reports and legal communications
- Administrative tasks specific to the legal department
- Native or C2 level of Dutch
- Very high level of French (C1 minimum)
- Fluent Spanish (desirable but not essential)
- Professional level English (B2+)
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Studies in Law, Business Administration, Translation or similar
- Experience in international law firms or consultancies
- Knowledge of the Spanish legal system
- Digital skills (CRM, Microsoft 365, ERP, etc.)
- Joining an international and dynamic team
