At Fuster & Associates, we firmly believe that solidarity knows no borders. This conviction is deeply rooted in our identity, and today, that commitment takes an important step forward with the launch of The NeighbourGood.
The NeighbourGood is our new international community of caring neighbours—a global network designed to bring together clients, providers, and partners who share our core values of respect, empathy, and action. It is a movement that represents more than a corporate social responsibility (CSR) project; it is a deliberate effort to build more supportive, sustainable, and responsible environments.
What is The NeighbourGood initiative about?
1. Collaboration with UNHCR
Fuster & Associates has partnered with UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency) to support the urgent cause of helping Syrian refugees. This alliance focuses specifically on the resettlement project for refugees displaced by the Syrian conflict.
This collaboration has a real and lasting impact: it provides financial and operational contributions to UNHCR’s programme, ensuring that displaced families have access to safe and stable housing solutions. For Fuster & Associates, participating in a project with real and long-lasting impact is an ethical conviction.
The funds raised provide immediate assistance and can help finance critical activities such as distributing basic aid kits to 121 returning refugee families (benefiting 605 people) and repairing 27 shelters to provide a safe home to 135 people.
The project offers a crucial opportunity to provide a better future for those who seem to have none, particularly more than one million innocent people—mostly women and children—who need shelter or support to return home.

We are committed to helping those most in need, regardless of their origin or “neighbourhood”. If we can help—even just a single suffering person or displaced family—it will have been worth it.
We are committed to education for empathy, meaning that a good neighbour is always able to put themselves in someone else’s shoes, especially when that person is suffering.
We believe in the strength of community and collaboration, understanding that every neighbour is a world of their own, and that this diversity is wonderful.
4. Long-term commitment
The community is committed to sustainability and the future. We work to ensure that our supportive actions toward our neighbours are lasting and effective.
Our goal is to be an example of coexistence and solidarity for other communities and companies, inspiring more neighbours and drawing them to our cause.
