Pourquoi le logement touristique est-il suspendu?

La concentration de personnes dans les logements touristiques, qui doivent partager certains espaces communs, implique une augmentation du risque de propagation du Covid-19.

Par conséquent, et afin de contenir cette pandémie, il est nécessaire de suspendre l’ouverture de ces établissements au public.

Suspension de l’ouverture au public des logements  touristiques.

Établir la suspension d’ouverture au public des hôtels et logements similaires, des logements touristiques et autres logements de courte durée, des campings, des parcs de caravanes et autres établissements similaires, situés dans n’importe quelle partie du territoire national.

Exceptionnellement, la prestation de services de surveillance, de sécurité et d’entretien dans ces établissements est autorisée.

Établissements de logement touristique de longue durée et saisonniers.

L’ouverture au public de ces logements touristiques est autorisée pour les clients qui ont été hébergés de façon régulière et à long terme lors de la déclaration de l’état d’alarme, tant que leurs occupants sont en mesure de mener à bien leurs activités essentielles et nécessaires au sein de ces infrastructures et de ces espaces de vie.

Cependant, ces établissements ne seront pas autorisés à admettre des nouveaux clients jusqu’à la fin de la suspension.

Processus de clôture.

La clôture commencera lorsque l’établissement n’aura plus de clients présents et, en tout cas, dans un délai maximum de sept jours à compter du 19 mars. Dernier jour le 25 mars.

Entrée en vigueur.

Cette ordonnance entrera en vigueur le 19 mars 2020

Validité.

Cette ordonnance sera applicable à compter de sa publication au Journal Officiel de l’Etat Espagnol jusqu’à la fin de la déclaration de la période de l’état d’alarme ou de ses prorogations.
