Airbnb informiert die spanische Steuerbehörde über die Steuerdetails ihrer Gastgeber.

Die digitale Vermietungsplattform Airbnb hat kürzlich ein neues Tool eingeführt, das es ihren Gastgebern leicht machen wird, die vom Finanzministerium geforderten Steuerdaten anzugeben.

Ab dem 1. Januar informiert die Plattform, die Privatpersonen und Touristen private Unterkünfte anbietet, die Steuerbehörde über ihre Gastgeber und ihre Transaktionen.

Dieses Tool ist für jeden Host über sein Profil individuell zugänglich.

Einige der Informationsträger sind gezwungen, ihre Einnahmen und Angaben zu ihrer Werbung, wie Name und Adresse, an die Steuerbehörden weiterzugeben. Das Unternehmen sagte:

Am 1. Januar trat die Verpflichtung der Plattform zur Weitergabe der Reservierungsdaten ihrer Gastgeber in Kraft. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wird Airbnb der Steuerbehörde die ihr zur Verfügung stehenden Informationen über die Transaktionen der Gastgeber seit 2018 mitteilen.

Das Finanzministerium in Spanien hat jedoch auch beschlossen, einigen dieser Ferienvermietungsplattformen wie Airbnb, HomeAway, Wimdu oder Niumba mehr Spielraum zu geben, damit sie ihre Steuerdaten bis zum 31. Januar 201 zur Verfügung stellen können.
