De huizenprijzen in Spanje stijgen in het derde kwartaal van 2019 met 0,84%.

In het laatste kwartaal van 2019 zijn de vastgoedprijzen in Spanje gematigd gestegen.

De prijzen bleven op een gemiddelde van €1.638,3 per m2, wat neerkomt op een driemaandelijkse stijging van de IPVVR (van de Spaanse “Prijsindex van herhaaldelijk verkochte eigendommen”) van 0,84% en een interjaarlijkse koers van 7,70%.

Negen Autonome Gemeenschappen registreerden een stijging van de vastgoedprijzen in de zomer. De Balearen zagen de grootste stijging, met eigenaars die om een 1,6% meer voor hun huizen vroegen dan drie maanden geleden. Murcia was tweede met een stijging van 1,5%, Aragon derde met 1,3% en de Valenciaanse Gemeenschap met 0,6%. De Balearen blijft de duurste Spaanse gemeenschap met 3.064 euro/m2 , gevolgd door Madrid (2.794 euro/m2 ), Euskadi (2.555 euro/m2 ) en Catalonië (2.251 euro/m2). Aan de andere kant van het spectrum, de meest betaalbare gemeenschappen zijn Castilla La Mancha (875 euro/m2), Extremadura (904 euro/m2) en Murcia (1.042 euro/m2).

Prijzen in Costa Blanca voor het 3e kwartaal van het jaar

De huizenprijzen in Costa Blanca blijven stabiel op een gemiddelde van €1524,43/m2 – niet ver van de 1558,6, €/m2 van het vorige kwartaal.

De meest opmerkelijke prijsstijging werd geregistreerd in Santa Pola (Q1 2019 -1348,1 €/m2 , Q2 2019 – 1296,8 €/m2 en Q3 – 1376,2 €/m2), terwijl Jávea de grootste prijsdaling te verwerken kreeg (Q1 2019 – € 1800,2/m2 , Q2 2019 – €1922,7/m2 en Q3 2019 – € 1771,6/m2).

De andere steden hebben nauwelijks veranderingen ondergaan.
