Fuster&Associates neemt maatregelen om te voldoen aan de verplichtingen die de Spaanse overheid oplegt.

Vanwege de situatie die de afgelopen dagen is ontstaan met betrekking tot het COVID-19-virus, neemt Fuster&Associates de maatregelen om te voldoen aan de verplichtingen die de Spaanse Goverment heeft opgelegd.

We volgen de evolutie ervan op en we willen elke negatieve impact op onze bedrijfsactiviteiten en de samenleving in het algemeen vermijden.

We hebben verschillende actieplannen geïmplementeerd voor de situaties die zich kunnen voordoen om zo de continuïteit van de dienstverlening en de gezondheid en veiligheid van iedereen zoveel mogelijk te kunnen waarborgen.

Fuster&Associates zal de kantoren niet openen en onze activiteiten ter plaatse zullen beperkt blijven tot dringende zaken en enkel op afspraak.

– Enkele van onze medewerkers voeren hun functies uit in telewerkmodus, met totale beschikbaarheid via verschillende communicatiekanalen zoals vaste telefoon, mobiele telefoon, videoconferentie en e-mail.

– Wij staan tot uw beschikking via de telefoons van onze kantoren of bij voorkeur via e-mail.

Het Fuster-team zal beschikbaar zijn voor al uw vragen en we zouden het op prijs stellen als u prioriteit zou geven aan contact met medewerkers via telefoon of e-mail en enkel voor het strikt noodzakelijke persoonlijk contact op te nemen.
