{"id":18178,"date":"2020-03-20T09:34:36","date_gmt":"2020-03-20T09:34:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fuster-associates.com\/?p=18178"},"modified":"2020-03-23T09:47:14","modified_gmt":"2020-03-23T09:47:14","slug":"tijdelijke-sluiting-van-toeristische-accomodaties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fuster-associates.com\/nl\/blog\/tijdelijke-sluiting-van-toeristische-accomodaties\/","title":{"rendered":"Tijdelijke sluiting van toeristische accomodaties"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">Gisteren werd de tijdelijke sluiting van toeristische accommodaties gepubliceerd in het officieel staatsblad van Spanje. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">Om u op de hoogte te houden maken we een overzicht van de belangrijkste aspecten en linken we ook naar de publicatie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><strong><span class=\"csB59941D2\">Waarom is de tijdelijke sluiting van toeristische accommodatie bevolen?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">De concentratie van mensen in toeristische accommodaties, die bepaalde gemeenschappelijke ruimten moeten delen, impliceert een toename van het risico op verspreiding van het Coronavirus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">Daarom, en om deze pandemie te beteugelen, is het noodzakelijk om de openstelling van deze toeristische accomodaties voor het publiek op te schorten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><strong><span class=\"csE4B54F4E\">Tijdelijke sluiting van toeristische logiesverstrekkende bedrijven. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">De tijdelijke sluiting van hotels en soortgelijke accommodaties, toeristische en andere kort verblijfaccommodaties, campings, caravan parken en andere soortgelijke inrichtingen, gelegen in alle delen van het Spaanse grondgebied werd gisteren bevolen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">Bij wijze van uitzondering is het verlenen van bewakings-, veiligheids- en onderhoudsdiensten in deze inrichtingen wel toegestaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><strong><span class=\"csE4B54F4E\">Lange termijn en seizoensgebonden toeristische accommodaties &#8211; mogen open blijven onder voorwaarden<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">De lange termijn en seizoensgebonden toeristische accommodaties mogen openblijven op voorwaarde dat de klanten al effectief verbleven in de accomodatie voordat de noodtoestand werd afgekondigd \u00e9n zolang de huurders in staat zijn om te voldoen in hun essenti\u00eble en noodzakelijke activiteiten binnen deze infrastructuur en leefruimtes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">Deze inrichtingen mogen echter geen nieuwe klanten toelaten totdat de noodtoestand voorbij is. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"csE4B54F4E\">Sluitingsproces. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cs95E872D0\"><span class=\"csB59941D2\">De sluiting vindt plaats wanneer de inrichting geen aanwezig klanten meer heeft en in ieder geval binnen zeven kalenderdagen vanaf 19 maart 2020.
