Airbnb om de Spaanse belastingdienst op de hoogte te brengen van de belastinggegevens van haar gastheren<\/h2>\n

Digitaal verhuurplatform Airbnb heeft onlangs een nieuwe tool ge\u00efmplementeerd die het voor haar verhuurders gemakkelijk maakt om de fiscale gegevens te verstrekken die door de Schatkist worden vereist.<\/p>\n

Vanaf 1 januari zal het platform dat particuliere accommodatie aanbiedt aan particulieren en toeristen details van hun gastheren en hun transacties delen met de Belastingdiens<\/strong>t.<\/p>\n

Deze tool is individueel toegankelijk voor elke gastheer of -vrouw vanuit hun profiel.<\/p>\n

Sommige van de informatieverstrekkers zullen verplicht zijn om hun inkomsten en gegevens op hun advertenties, zoals naam en adres, met de belastingdienst<\/strong> te delen. Het bedrijf zei:<\/p>\n

Op 1 januari is de aan het platform opgelegde verplichting om de reserveringsgegevens van de hosts te delen in werking getreden. Vanaf die datum zal Airbnb de informatie over de transacties van de gastheren sinds 2018 delen met de belastingdienst.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Het werd gepubliceerd in het ‘Informatief nieuws 2017’ van de Belastingdienst en versterkt het onderzoek dat veel landen de laatste tijd op dit gebied hebben ingesteld en de verplichting om zowel eigenaars als klanten te informeren over de uitgevoerde transacties.<\/p>\n

Het Ministerie van Financi\u00ebn in Spanje heeft echter ook besloten om sommige van deze vakantieverhuurplatforms zoals Airbnb, HomeAway, Wimdu of Niumba<\/strong> meer marge te geven, zodat ze hun fiscale gegevens tegen 31 januari 2019 kunnen verstrekken.<\/p>\n
