Sans ce num\u00e9ro, les plateformes bloquent automatiquement les annonces.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Collecte des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;activit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>Pour effectuer la d\u00e9claration p\u00e9riodique, le revenu total ne suffit pas. Vous aurez besoin d&rsquo;une liste d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de chaque r\u00e9servation qui comprend :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Les dates exactes<\/b> d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e et de d\u00e9part pour chaque s\u00e9jour.<\/li>\n<li><b>Le nombre de clients<\/b> et leur identification.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence cadastrale et code NRUA du bien immobilier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Enregistrement des voyageurs (SES.Hospedajes)<\/h4>\n<p>L&rsquo;enregistrement aupr\u00e8s de la Garde civile est d\u00e9sormais obsol\u00e8te. La proc\u00e9dure doit d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e via la <a href=\"https:\/\/interior.gob.es\/opencms\/es\/servicios-al-ciudadano\/hospedajes-y-alquiler-de-vehiculos\/\">plateforme du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Int\u00e9rieur<\/a>, pour laquelle un <b>certificat num\u00e9rique espagnol<\/b> est indispensable.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Soumission dans les d\u00e9lais l\u00e9gaux<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>La premi\u00e8re d\u00e9claration annuelle correspond aux donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e <b>2025<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>La p\u00e9riode de soumission est du <b>1er f\u00e9vrier au 2 mars 2026 aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es\/Sede\/en_gb\/inicio.html\"><b><u>Agence fiscale<\/u><\/b><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Cette obligation sera renouvel\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cons\u00e9quences du non-respect<\/h3>\n<p>Le non-respect de cette obligation n&rsquo;entra\u00eene pas d&rsquo;amende imm\u00e9diate, mais ses effets sont beaucoup plus graves pour votre entreprise : la <b>r\u00e9vocation automatique du NRUA<\/b>.
