Men i Spanien er det en standard skattem\u00e6ssig forpligtelse.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"19vasdc\" data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"516\">Hvorfor beskatter Spanien ejerskab af ejendom?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"805\">De spanske skattemyndigheder antager, at ejerskab af en ejendom giver en \u00f8konomisk fordel, selvom den ikke genererer aktiv lejeindt\u00e6gt.
